INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Peel washed zucchini, carrots and parsnip.
  2. Use potato peeler to cut the vegetables into noodles.
  3. Serve raw for an appetizer or snack. Great as a side vegetable dish, or simmered in chicken soup, for 1 minute, to subsitute pasta.
