CRISPY CASHEW TRUFFLES
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/2 cup Rice Krispies cereal
or crushed unsalted cashews
- Put chocolate chips into a small glass bowl and microwave for
- Add cashew butter to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth. Cool for few minutes to make it thicker.
Make 1 inch balls and roll into Rice Krispies or crushed unsalted cashews.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep refrigerated.
