CRISPY CASHEW TRUFFLES

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put chocolate chips into a small glass bowl and microwave for
    1 minute.
  2. Add cashew butter to the melted chocolate and mix until smooth. Cool for few minutes to make it thicker. Make 1 inch balls and roll into Rice Krispies or crushed unsalted cashews.
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Keep refrigerated.
