BOW PASTA AND MEATBALLS
SUN-DRIED TOMATO SAUCE

Bow Pasta Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Mix ground beef and pork, beaten egg, bread crumbs, garlic seasoning, salt and pepper until well combined. Make 1 meatballs. Put flour into a plastic bag, add meatballs in batches and shake.
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons canola oil in a large skillet, add meatballs and cook until lightly brown on both sides; remove from the skillet and put aside.
  4. Add onion and mushrooms to the skillet and sautee for 1 minute; add 1 cup of water and dried tomatoes, bring to a boil.
  5. In a blender, mix remaining 1 cup of water, sour cream and flour until well blended; pour into the skillet and stir. Add meatballs, cover and steam on low for about 10 minutes.
  6. Pour over pasta. Make extra and freeze, delicious!
